Join The Club

Looking to join the Salem Country Club and need more information?


Here is how easy it is. 1st you need to download the Membership application from our documents section found here:  or you can stop by the club and pick one up from the guard shack. Next, you need to fill it out, have a current member sign it then mail it in along with your $100 application fee. Once the application is received the board will vote on it, if accepted you will be notified via US Mail.


How much does it cost?


Full dues are $500 + tax, which can be paid in 3 easy ways: 

1. Pay the full amount in one payment due Feb 15th.

2. Pay in two installments of $269 – Nov. 14 and Feb. 15.

3. Pay in monthly installments of $50  Annual total of $600 - you will not receive statements and are responsible for sending in the payment each month.  If signing up mid-year, monthly payments will be higher based on the number of months remaining until Nov. 15. Payment plans cannot be used after May 1st of the current season.

 Credit card payments are accepted but you will need to contact the treasurer to make arrangements -


When is the best time to Join?


Anytime! We have activities that go all year round but if you want details about how the billing works please keep on reading. Our fiscal year runs Oct-Sept, so that means that each Oct. starts a new billing cycle. So what this means to new members who join the club is this... If you join the club Jan 1st - July 4th of any year you will be billed the entire $500 +tax  at the time you join and you will have full member benefits, then in October of that same year you will be billed another $500 +tax for the next year. If you join July 5th - Sept 30th of any year you will be billed a pro-rated rate of $250 +tax.
