2015 4th of July Schedule of Events

   Fishing Tournament: 7am-11am  (members only, all ages, Co-ed) 
(Person-In-Charge, Mike Sinkovich, and Jeff Stockmen)

Ages 8 and under-1st and 2nd place awards

Ages 9-14-1st and 2nd place awards

15 and older-Register your longest catch-1st place only


Swimming Races :1pm (member only) (PIC- Brenda Blaine)

6 and Under Wading – 1st and 2nd place awards

7 and 8 15 yard free style – 1st and 2nd place awards

9 and 10 25 yard free style – 1st and 2nd place awards

11 and 12 35 yard free style – 1st and 2nd place awards

13 and 14 40 yard free style – 1st and 2nd place awards

Any age a long way– 1st and 2nd place awards


Sand Sculpting:-after swim races, 4 man teams, judging at 3:00, Prizes awarded! (PIC- Jen Sarginger)

American Legion Band:-4pm-Clubhouse Lawn

Biathlon: Starts at 3:30 pm- Individual and/or 2 man teams, swim/boat/run.  Register by 3:15 pm at the boat docks

Pirate Dig: 5-5:45pm-in the sand in front of the Snack Shack, ages 8 and under (PIC- Matt Joing)

DJ : Will be playing music and games from 5-9pm

Balloon Harpoon : Start at 6pm.  All ages are welcome to play this fun and wet balloon sling shot game.  (PIC-Jeff Stockman, Shelly Thomas, Jen Sarginger, Mike Riesen)  

Tug of War : 7:30pm at the Volleyball Court -Men's Division & Women’s Division & Co-ed & Children Divisions-sign ups are at the Snack Shack.  (PIC- Mike Sinkovich, John Snyder, Nick Rohm, and Mike Riesen)

Sky divers:weather permitting 8:30-9pm

Fireworks-At Dusk


                This year, we will again be selling snow cones, bottled water, and glow necklaces and bracelets from 4- 9 pm down near the fishing docks.  We will also be holding a 50/50 raffle from 12pm to 9 pm.  Look for a board member wearing red club shirts for tickets. Winners will be announced before the fireworks.  Winners do not need to be present to win!!!!!!  All proceeds will benefit the playground fundraiser. There also will be ticket sales for baskets at the concession stand table to benefit Breast Cancer Foundation and the playground fundraiser.
